Lark Return & Exchanges

If you find you are not satisfied with your online or in-store purchase, we accept returns of merchandise within 30 days from the in-store purchase or package delivery date. We require all items be unused/unwashed, with tags and original receipt present.

For all shipped merchandise, please also include a note in the shipment explaining the reason for returning or exchanging the item or items. We suggest you add insurance and tracking.

Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase. 

 

Damaged Merchandise

If your shipment arrives and appears damaged, please refuse the order. Email us at happy@shopatlark.com or give us a call at (860)-322-4256 and we'll send a new shipment to you right away.

If you open the shipment and it's damaged, be sure to keep the original packaging. Please email happy@shopatlark.com or call us (860-322-4256).
